Welcome Eshenroders

I’m glad you found our new family website! A few weeks back I had the idea to search for the URL eshenroder.com. When I saw it was still available I bought it, not really knowing what to do with it. Well, I got to thinking about our unique family name. There must only be a handful of Eshenroders in the United States and surely they must have all arrived here from the same family. From all that I know, my great, great grandfather William Fredrick came to the United   States from Germany and he was shortly followed by other siblings. So the wheels in my head started turning and I came up with the idea to create a Eshenroder genealogy site. But not just a genealogy site, a site to link all the Eshenroders I know, and have yet to know. It’s my goal to use Eshenroder.com as a tool to find each other and stay up-to-date on each others lives. I will be creating the site as a way to show how we are all related, share pictures, and even write our history (which all can openly do on our wiki page, for those of you who don’t know what a wiki is it is a web page that anyone can edit). So all who desire please, feel free to share your pictures, stories, and tid bits of Eshenroder history. I guess you could say I am the admin to this site and will be updating this blog as often as possible. Feel free to make comments and offer suggestions. This should be a site we all can enjoy so help me make it as valuable as possible by writing your comments and suggestion on this blog.
